The glycemic index is a ranking of foods based on their immediate effect on blood sugar levels.  In addition to weight loss, there are many other health benefits from following a low-glycemic lifestyle.  

Since living the low-glycemic lifestyle,  I have had the following results:

Weight loss:  15 pounds
Inch loss:  12 inches 
Body fat loss:  2%
Blood Sugar:  7.4% down to 6.3%.
Triglycerides:  Over 300 down to 132.
Acid reflux–gone—and so are my meds.  

I have been trying many low-glycemic recipes and have made simple changes in how I prepare food.  Now it is time for me to share what I have learned...and experienced… with you.
